Quick TQQQ Trading Strategy trade this time. Only five days in length, and with one buy signal the trade made +$4.80 per share and a gain of +4.77%.
Combined with the previous +2.34% and +14.66% trades, this current winning trade continues the the positive results with the TQQQ Trading Strategy. Keep in mind that going back to 2012, the number of consecutive winning trades for the strategy is 19, with the number of consecutive losing trades is 2. This is three winning trades in a row, but anything can happen so I never get used to that. Expect that there will be losing trades; anyone who tells you their system does not lose is lying!
This trade was only 25% invested and lasted 5 days, The system bought TQQQ on June 4th at the open ($100.63) following the Green Bar signal the day before.
Yesterday (June 9th), the system threw up a Red Bar signal so the system sold TQQQ at the open for $105.43. Here is visually what those trades looked like on the TradingView chart.
I like these quick trades. It works in contrast to my longer-term portfolio which is more buy and hold focused (more to come on my portfolio in future posts).
With that trade done, we wait for the system to generate the next Green Bar signal.
